Market Research:

Conduct thorough market research to identify potential customers, trends, and opportunities for art supply sales in Hyderabad and nearby regions.

Customer Visits:

Visit art supply shops, craft stores, and related businesses to promote Bluebird Arts Supplies products and establish strong business relationships.

Sales Generation:

Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively presenting our product range, negotiating deals, and closing sales with prospective customers.

Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction.

Product Knowledge:

Develop in-depth knowledge of Bluebird Arts Supplies products and provide accurate information to customers, assisting them in making informed purchasing decisions.

Sales Reporting:

Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including sales activities, market feedback, and competitor insights.

Sales Strategies:

Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies, pricing models, and promotional activities to drive business growth.

Territory Expansion:

Identify and explore opportunities to expand our customer base in Hyderabad and surrounding areas.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the stationery or art supplies industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
Knowledge of the local market and potential customer base in Hyderabad.
Valid driver's license and willingne
