We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Customer Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, managing existing customer accounts, and delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales, comfortable with direct customer interaction, and committed to meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Generation & Lead Qualification: Proactively identify and generate new sales leads through various channels (cold calling, emails, referrals, social media, etc.). Qualify leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Customer Engagement & Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring their needs are met and identifying upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
  • Sales Presentations & Product Demonstrations: Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and virtual meetings to showcase the features, benefits, and value of our products/services to prospective customers.
  • Sales Negotiations & Closing: Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with customers to secure new business. Close sales in alignment with company sales goals and standards.
  • Customer Support & Problem-Solving: Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding product inquiries, troubleshooting, and post-sales support. Resolve issues and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, leads, customer interactions, and sales pipeline in CRM software. Provide regular reports on sales performance and forecast future sales activity.
  • Collaboration & Teamwork: Collaborate with other departments (e.g., marketing, customer service) to ensure the successful delivery of products/services and customer satisfaction.
  • Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs as set by the sales manager, consistently driving revenue growth and profitability.

Qualifications:

Experience:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a customer-facing role. Previous experience as a Customer Sales Representative, Account Executive, or similar is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles, strategies, and techniques.

Skills & Abilities:

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with customers and identify their needs.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals.

Technical Proficiency:

  • Comfortable with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Familiarity with sales tools, digital platforms, and communication tools.

Education:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required. A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
