𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

Design and organize international travel itineraries, including transportation, accommodations, and activities.
Assist clients with the visa application process for Hajj and Umrah, offering expert guidance and support.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, offering recommendations, and resolving concerns.
Promote tour packages through various marketing channels to attract customers.
Negotiate contracts and rates with transportation providers, hotels, and other service providers.
Manage logistics to ensure smooth and enjoyable travel experiences for clients.
Stay up-to-date on travel trends, destinations, and local regulations to provide accurate information to clients.
Handle documentation and administration, including visas, permits, and insurance.

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:

Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or related field.Proven experience in tour consulting or a similar role.
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and travel booking software.
Knowledge of international travel regulations and destinations.
