- Design and organize international travel itineraries, including transportation, accommodations, and activities.
- Assist clients with the visa application process for Hajj and Umrah, offering expert guidance and support.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, offering recommendations, and resolving concerns.
- Promote tour packages through various marketing channels to attract customers.
- Negotiate contracts and rates with transportation providers, hotels, and other service providers.
- Manage logistics to ensure smooth and enjoyable travel experiences for clients.
- Stay up-to-date on travel trends, destinations, and local regulations to provide accurate information to clients.
- Handle documentation and administration, including visas, permits, and insurance.
𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
- Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or related field.Proven experience in tour consulting or a similar role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and travel booking software.
- Knowledge of international travel regulations and destinations.
