• Handle complete HR Life Cycle from employee 1st Day till Exit.
  • Responsible for monthly Attendance Record (fetching/ Updating/ Compiling/ Maintaining) so, an error-free transaction proceeded to avoid payroll issues
  • Responsible for maintaining employee all benefits records in MIS & System (Leaves, PF, EOBI, PESSI, Life Insurance, LFA, Medical, Mobile Sim, etc.)
  • Point of employee communications to address queries involved in HR Operations
  • Periodic Reports generation of HR Metrics based on System & MIS data as per Set Schedules for department Lead
  • Assist in payroll processing & various activities for inter-departmental communication & programs.
  • To perform any other assignment given in a specific time frame in accordance to the requirement.
