This full-time, on-site Sales position in Karachi requires combining technical knowledge with sales skills. You'll interact with technical staff, architects, and consultants for commercial and residential projects. Responsibilities include creating sales proposals, managing evaluations, and articulating product positioning. Building and maintaining strong customer relationships is key throughout the sales cycle.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering (Electrical) or related field
  • Previous experience with a CRM software is a plus
  • Technical Sales, Business Development, and Customer Relationship Management skills
  • Strong presentation, communication and negotiation skills
  • Adept at achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Knowledge of audiovisual, interiors, or related industry is a plus

Core Responsibilities

  • Manage Sales Activities: Oversee daily sales, ensuring targets are met and processes optimized. Deliver technical presentations to demonstrate product fit for client needs.
  • Making sales proposals: including quick quotations and functional specification
  • Identify New Business Opportunities: Pursue new business in audiovisual, smart home, and architectural lighting markets. Travel to meet clients, architects, and designers.
  • Maintain Customer Relationships: Build and nurture strong relationships with existing & new clients, providing exceptional service and addressing their needs promptly.
  • Utilize CRM Systems: Efficiently manage and update customer information, track sales activities, and analyze CRM data to optimize sales processes and customer interactions
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Set, monitor, and achieve sales goals and performance metrics in alignment with company objectives.
  • Provide Product Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends and product developments to offer expert advice and recommendations to clients and relevant departments.
  • Prepare Sales Reports: Generate and analyze sales reports to track performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
