Human Resource Officer

We are looking for a dedicated and efficient Human Resources Officer to join our team in Lahore. The HR Officer will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, resume screening, and coordinating interviews.
Conduct new employee onboarding and orientation sessions to ensure smooth integration into the company.
Maintain and update employee records in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Handle employee queries and provide support on HR-related issues.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Coordinate and facilitate employee training and development programs.
Assist in performance management processes, including performance appraisals and feedback.
Support the HR Manager in addressing employee relations issues and maintaining a positive work environment.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
Participate in HR projects and initiatives as required.
