Inbound and Outbound Calls:
- Conduct outbound calls to existing and potential donors to promote our organization's mission and initiatives.
- Handle inbound calls from donors, addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing information about Shifa Foundation US programs and campaigns.
- Operate telephone equipment, automatic dialing systems, and other telecommunications technologies.
- Persuade donors/customers to contribute to Shifa Foundation's US ongoing projects by utilizing a prepared script and providing product reference information.
- Build and maintain rapport with donors through effective communication and active listening.
Donor Database Management:
- Maintain and update the donor database, ensuring accuracy and completeness of donor records.
- Record call notes, donor preferences, and interactions to facilitate personalized follow-ups and donor stewardship.
- Regularly clean and segment the database for targeted outreach.
Donor Relations:
- Develop and implement donor engagement strategies to increase donor retention and contributions.
- Work to achieve and exceed key fundraising and calling targets, including daily, weekly, monthly and yearly contact quotas.
- Send thank-you letters, emails, and acknowledgment certificates to donors in a timely manner.
- Work closely with the fundraising team to identify opportunities for donor cultivation.
Night Shift Availability:
- Be available to work during the night shift, aligned with US time zones, to effectively engage with donors and stakeholders.
- Maintain a high level of energy and professionalism during night-time interactions.
Reporting:
- Ensure accurate recording of contact details, credit card, or direct debit information in files and Microsoft Excel.
- Generate regular reports on call metrics, donor interactions, and database updates.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve outreach efforts.
- Attend daytime meetings as required by senior management.
- Undertake any other official tasks assigned by the Line Manager.
