Your everyday role will involve:

  • Develop and perform end-to-end recruitment processes from gathering requirements, all the way to onboarding
  • Plan HR initiatives to help keep team members motivated and satisfied
  • Suggest and implement ideas for ensuring a positive and enabling culture for teamwork
  • Promote a positive and open work environment where employees feel safe and comfortable speaking up about their issues
  • Be the first point of contact for conflict resolution and grievances
  • Assess training needs for employee career development and progression planning
  • Develop and carry out effective performance management system
  • Develop and complete all necessary documentation and communication of HR policies
  • Stay up to date on best HR practices and labour laws and strive to continually improve compliance
  • Build a social media presence for the purpose of employer branding and employee motivation
  • Develop HR processes such as onboarding, offboarding and induction etc.
  • Review current HR technology and recommend more effective systems
  • Prepare monthly payroll and assist with salary disbursement
  • Handle petty cash for day to day expenses
