Key Responsibilities:

Plan, manage, and optimize Meta ads (Facebook & Instagram) to maximize reach, engagement, and conversions.
Develop and implement social media strategies to build brand awareness and foster community engagement.
Monitor performance metrics and prepare reports to demonstrate campaign ROI and insights.
Keep up-to-date with Meta trends, social media best practices, and new tools to enhance campaign results.
Collaborate with content and creative teams to ensure cohesive visuals and messaging across platforms.

Requirements:

Proven experience managing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns.
Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, audience targeting, and ad optimization.
Ability to create and schedule engaging content across social media platforms.
Analytical mindset with experience in tracking and reporting on campaign performance.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
A creative approach to social media marketing with an eye for detail.
