Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage, and optimize Meta ads (Facebook & Instagram) to maximize reach, engagement, and conversions.
- Develop and implement social media strategies to build brand awareness and foster community engagement.
- Monitor performance metrics and prepare reports to demonstrate campaign ROI and insights.
- Keep up-to-date with Meta trends, social media best practices, and new tools to enhance campaign results.
- Collaborate with content and creative teams to ensure cohesive visuals and messaging across platforms.
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns.
- Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, audience targeting, and ad optimization.
- Ability to create and schedule engaging content across social media platforms.
- Analytical mindset with experience in tracking and reporting on campaign performance.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A creative approach to social media marketing with an eye for detail.
