• Heading the customer success department
  • Assisting in the development of the strategies and plan to make the organizations existing customers experience with the organization successful
  • Leading a team of Customer Success Managers and executives, defining their roles and responsibilities, monitoring their KPIs
  • Providing complete visibility of the performance of the customer support department, and presenting future plans in line with the organizations vision
  • Helping customer success managers handle high profile/ priority or irate customers
  • Devising and implementing a comprehensive customer complaint management system
  • Coordinating with other departments for customer queries, complaints, suggestions
