in overall 2000+ employees of the Hospital.
Assessment of Hospital’s payroll system in order to find the irregularities in the
salaries, allowances, overtime of existing employees.
Assessment & reporting of employee\'s personnel files.
Assessment of training needs and its arrangements to improve performance.
Performed multiple HR functions like payroll processing, employee relations, staff
recruitment, hirings / Inductions, orientation & trainings of Faisalabad Area office.
Dealing with 750 employees of Faisalabad Area office.
Managing STF payroll system for overall Payroll processing including salaries,

Maintain MIS of employee’s data, leaves, clearances / FS in MS excel.

Registration & feeding employees information in FBR portal.

FS for the company.

Ensure accurate and timely completion of all weekly reports, maintenance of
