I am responsible for
Generating sales with existing dealers and developing opportunities with new dealers with in assigned territory.
Review sales & collection objective with Area Sales Manager and discuss action plan to achieve monthly objectives.
Develop and maintain Strong and cross functional relationship internally to help drive account success
Maintain contact with assigned customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
Establish, maintain and expand specific dealer base. Report on sales activities to line manager.
Ensure every policy, procedures, notices, systems and services must communicated to all dealers.
• Executes business plans and drives achievement of sales targets for relevant territory, customers or therapeutic area.
• Executes call plans for customers, including key opinion leaders and potential speakers from customer or academic communities; calls on the right person to deliver the right message with the right frequency.
• Serves as a key Novartis resource to the customer to ensure that Novartis products are available to more patients.
