I am MBA in Finance from University of Peshawar in 1985. I have overall more than 19 years job experience with GIZ- Pakistan, Govt of Pakistan, EU, UNDP, International NGOs and Chartered Accountants firms in Pre-award and Post-award processes of the Grants/Financing Agreements including accounting/finance, preparation of contracts/agreements, procurement of goods and services, administration, financial planning/budgeting and preparation and settlement of grant/financing agreements/Contracts.
Preparation & settlement of the Grant Agreements, Financing Agreement and Local Subsidy Contracts-LSC for FDP project more 200 contract successully concluded and settled being financial contribution by GIZ.
Preparation & settlement of the consultancy contracts & Services contacts for FDP more 125 contract successully concluded and settled.
1. Checking and scrutinizing of financial statements & vouchers related to the local subsidy contacts and financial agreements & other consultants of the project before submission to the country office for payment.
2. Preparation and organizing of the necessary documentations for various types contracts and submitting these to the GIZ Country Office for further approval and processing.
3. Evaluation and assessment of the financial proposals/budget according to the technical proposal submitted by Partner Organizations for local subsidy contacts or financial agreements. Keep track record of all the contracts of the project.
4. Provide orientation to the CBOs, NGOs, consulting firms in financial reporting, invoicing according to GIZ regulations
5. Maintain the contract monitoring sheet focused on commitments, deadlines as well as expenditure management and planning
6. Procurement of goods and equipment for the project
1. Organizing financial matters of EU contribution to the project
2. Carry out the Financial matters and related subjects according to EU rules & regulation
3. Bank management, cash management and funds management provided by EU
4. Preparation of work plan & Budget, Financial Monitoring of the project activities.
