With over 15 years of extensive experience spanning diverse fields such as development and humanitarian sectors, education, information technology, and administration, I bring a wealth of knowledge to the table. Throughout my career, I have dedicated over a decade to the development and humanitarian sector, working closely with Islamic Relief, a prominent humanitarian organization. During this time, I have successfully undertaken various roles encompassing Livelihood, Emergency Response, Seasonal Programmes, Cash and Voucher Assistance, Research and Reporting, Protection and Safeguarding, Women Empowerment, Programme Design and Development.
Currently, I am at the helm of five emergency response projects in Mirpur Khas Sindh, effectively leading their implementation. Furthermore, I am spearheading five early recovery projects that focus on crucial areas including CVA, WASH, Livelihood, and Protection & Inclusion.
Academically, I hold master's degrees in Woman & Gender studies and Computer Science. Additionally, I possess a diploma in information technology and a bachelor's degree in Economics and Statistics. Drawing from this diverse educational background, I am equipped with a wide range of skills and expertise.

Management of the Emergency Response Team and providing technical guidelines in the implementation of technical programs like Livelihood, CBT, WASH, Nutrition, Protection & Inclusion, food distribution, and distribution of NFIs.
• The Reporting of Emergency and Early recovery projects being implemented to the County Office is my core responsibility. • Managing a cross functional team of more than 50 staff members and established a field office at the district level. • Responsible for managing cross functions like finance, SC&S, MEAL, and programme departments in the flood-affected areas. • To make sure the proper visibility of all project activities for case studies and further funding. • To make sure of the Communication and Coordination with the Government, I/NGOs, UN agencies, and other stakeholders. Also working in collaboration with other stakeholders present in the area. • Facilitation for donor visits like SIDA, DEC and ShelterBox, and Islamic Relief Partners visits. • Budget management, performance management, and work plan tracking with follow-up, feedback, and backstopping to remove bottlenecks and expedite quality delivery. • Provision of ideas to design new projects for flood-affected areas with budget working. • Provide support to MEAL and the Audit departments in their assignments. • Responsible for effective resource utilization, reporting, and data management. • All other tasks are given by Emergency Response Manager and Country management.
Communication and Coordination
· Development of work plans for timely implementation of Programme activities and Coordination with stakeholders.
Communication and coordination with local donors for annual reports, queries, donations and case studies.
· Communication with IR partners for queries regarding fund raising and annual reporting.
Coordination and attend meetings, seminars and workshops arranged by government institutions, NGOs and INGOs.

Protection, Safeguarding and PSEA
To ensure that women, children and people with disabilities remain safe in the result of our interventions in the field.
Protection of children from all forms of abuse and neglect. Ensure all protection principles are being implemented in true sense.
Being a safeguarding focal point ensure safeguarding of women at office level and children at field level, and adhere policies & procedures.
Implementation of CVA, Education and Health & Nutrition Programs
Remained focal point for the implementation of Cash Based Transfers of around five hundred million rupees using direct and E-Cash mechanisms per year.
Extensive experience in the implementation of multipurpose, conditional and restricted cash and voucher programs.
Provision of conditional grants for higher education to our rightsholders in AJK and Rawalpindi.
Implemented a health and nutrition program in collaboration with the university of AJ&K in which we have provided conditional cash and nutritional supplements.
Women Empowerment and Livelihoods
Working on women\'s viewpoints and making efforts to raising the status of women through education, awareness, literacy, and training.
Work in close collaboration with vocational skill providing institutions to develop customized training modules for those families as to speed up their earning process.
I have to devise strategies as to provide better market access to those families.

· Research on issues being faced by children and women, data collection and reporting.

Gender and Youth Development
Taking initiatives for gender and youth on development through trainings and engagements. Capacity building and strengthening youth groups and gender/women through linking them with all relevant stakeholders like Government and other organizations.
Seasonal and Emergency Programmes
I have extensive work experience in IR’s seasonal and emergency programmes including Flood, Earthquake, Ramadan, Qurbani and in winterization. I have led and implemented seasonal and emergency programmes several times in Rawalpindi/Islamabad, AJK, Punjab, Baluchistan and KP. Assessment, distribution and reporting were my core responsibilities.
· Responsible for field level implementation of child protection, child sponsorship, child development and psychosocial support activities.
· Provided direct counselling services to children identified or referred to the organization, community structures and other partners working with children and child protection volunteers.
· Conducted capacity building training for programme staffs, community structures and staff from partner agencies at the same time undertake community awareness session on MHPSS and child protection in the community.
· Providing guidance and working with the child protection actors, community workers, volunteers and community counsellors.
· Regular donor reporting bi-annually and generating ideas for new projects.
· Regular monitoring visits in the field to ensure proer implementation of program activities.
I was responsible for 300 sponsored children for their total well being. This includes to take care for their basic needs like health, education, shelter and nutrition. Also responsible for their monitoring and evaluation visits and donor reporting.
My responsibility was to train 200 sponsored children in computer literacy within four months and to make final report of the project.
