Mr. Sandeep Talreja has fifteen years of working experience in development sector particularly in implementing development projects such as DRR and CBDRM. Throughout his career, he has been successful in working with civil society organizations. He is based in Sindh province and recently worked In Pakistan Red Crescent.
1. Maintain and update a proper computerized information system of campaign data.
2. Assist in getting campaign coverage data from all districts and its timely compilation and sharing with the provincial and federal offices.
3. Update and analyze campaign data at district as well as union council levels. Identify problems/inaccuracy in data files and inform the supervisor enable timely corrections

• Design and track the implementation of the enterprise development strategy.
• In collaboration with the Training Manager and technical experts, design/develop/ update training packages/modules, business plan models and training materials for different levels.
• In coordination with the Training Manager, identify institutions, experts and trainers as needed and employ them to implement trainings for capacity development of project partners, cooperatives and farmers according to the enterprise development promotion strategy Assist businesses with preparation of all required material and ensure all required.
• Provide support in exploring business opportunities along the value chain of the selected commodity (ies) and in preparing business plans for cooperatives and farm families material is produced in required format with required timelines Review all material produced by businesses and advise appropriate action based.
• Coordinate value chain studies of selected commodities as required.
• Coordinate economic analysis of proposed enterprises along the relevant value chain Ensure all businesses submit monthly documentation and input required.
• Coordinate the implementation of enterprise development related training of Trainers for project partners, cooperatives and project farmers
In coordination with the Project and/or Program Managers, support families and cooperatives to develop marketing plans for their enterprises. Meet monthly with each business to assess progress towards objectives.

Provide substantial assistance in the implementation of inclusive, field-level humanitarian coordination mechanisms, including liaison with relevant UN operational agencies, NGOs, and local authorities;
Preparation, implementation and monitoring of the designated humanitarian work plan (usually expressed through the Common Humanitarian Action Plan (CHAP)/ Consolidated Appeal Process (CAP));
Regular monitoring and analysis of developments in the designated country and support the preparation of analytical reports highlighting social, political, humanitarian and other relevant factors affecting the overall humanitarian situation;
Monitoring of humanitarian risks to ensure that the various contingency plans are consistent and well-coordinated including availability of resources; Assist in supporting the inter-agency contingency planning;
Support advocacy initiatives on issues impacting humanitarian needs and response efforts through the collection of information, liaison with humanitarian partners, government officials, and media, development of appropriate strategies, etc.;
Provide substantial support to sector / cluster working groups as required and facilitate exchange on cross cutting issues;
Support the collection of field information to improve coordination activities and information products such as who does what where and inter-agency reports;
Assist in matters related to natural disasters, including drafting situation reports and flash appeals, preparing costs plans for cash contributions made by/through OCHA and final reporting on their use; participation in/support to UNDAC missions;
Assist in liaising with humanitarian partners on the collection of information to effectively map areas of humanitarian needs and response activities in support of coordination efforts; and track information required for early warning of potential conflict and conflict-related vulnerability;
Perform other duties, as assigned by the Senior National HAO and the Head of Office or his/her designate.
Supervise the overall management of the project (Technical& operational project staff). Through The National
Project Management Unit, with the help of GOVT Line department, establish the district project teams and initiate the project activities in the selected districts .Provide the required support to the District Project team to implement the project field activities and to facilitate the needed support to the vulnerable and food insecure households in the project districts.
Build linkages with relevant departments in GOVT. Line departments other ministries.
Provide regular job support to district project team to relevant government staff on sustainable livelihood and food security issues.
Supervise the work of project staff in particular recruited for support rehabilitation.
Provide regular technical support and advice to the structure within Govt. Line department’s responsible for coordinating sustainable rehabilitation activities.
Prepare reports and documents, including Quarterly Project Implementation Reports, semi annual reports and the terminal reports
• Coordinate and monitor the implementation of the assistance programme at the local level, in close collaboration with the implementing partners;
• Monitor and review the overall commodity movements such as food deliveries, storage, transport and distribution at the site and verify if the amounts received have been properly recorded, damaged or suspected to be damaged;
• Supervise the efficient distribution of food items at the site and ensure proper distribution of entitlements and verify appropriate entitlements are distributed and provide feedback to Field Officers and others on the distribution;
• Assist in the conduct of regular meetings of refugee leaders and implementing partners on the commodity pipeline, distribution arrangements, food entitlements and other relevant issues;
• Assist in the implementation of the plan of action, review achievement and constraints and provide feedback accordingly;
• Assist the WFP Officer and implementing partners in encouraging women's access to economic skills development and sensitizing public opinion on gender issues and gender focused activities;
• Report periodically to the WFP Officer on relevant events regarding food management, distribution and other related issues;
• Identify any apparent issues in the programme and report them to the appropriate personnel;
• Supervise and train other personnel as appropriate;
• Overall supervision of the project activities and base.
• To design and execute WASH and FSL project work plans and to revise as appropriate to meet the goals and objective of the project. Responsible for planning, program design, and to ensure its proper implementation at the field level in adherence with IRC and donor compliances.
• To define program implementation modalities (targeting criteria, mobilization modalities, local partnerships, participant training curricula, monitoring systems, staff schedules, etc.) through the development of program SOPs and scope, in coordination with the country office management.
• To develop regular project monitoring program adherence to IRC methodologies and principles. Monitoring visits to field and to provide technical support to field staff.
• To contribute towards the evaluation of the relevance and appropriateness of current and future programming in the local context.
• To enhance departmental integration with WASH, FSL and Nutrition through integrated assessment, design, implementation and surveillance (including geographic, household, and individual targeting utilizing integrated indicators).
• To supervise the identification and assessment of the Cash for Work and Conditional Cash Transfer activities.
• To prepare internal and external reports for IRC and donors.
• To ensure the mainstreaming of gender, child protection and DRR in project/program activities.
• To represent IRC externally and collaborate/coordinate with government authorities, NGOs, UN agencies, Clusters and Working Groups on WASH & FSL issues at district level in coordination with Program Coordinator and Deputy Program Coordinator.
• To make sure that all the relevant stakeholders have enough information about IRC background, program, objectives, working areas, duration of programs and activities in the field.
• To develop linkages with other key players working in the field of WASH and FSL.
• Training need assessment for staff capacity building; arrangements for staff capacity building through appropriate trainings and on the job training.
• Liaison with Logistic and Admin departments for cash projection, procurements, timely payments and documentation.
• Perform any other official duty as assigned by line manager.
