Provide technical assistance to develop, implement, and monitor all aspects of the HANDS Social
assigned by the management for the best concern of the organization.
Mobilization and Advocacy strategy in assigned communities in coordination with the Program HOD.
Contribute to planning, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating program activities and elements of annual work plans.
Arrangements to deliver and document all training activities at district level.
Assume technical responsibility and work in close collaboration with the field staff to plan, implement, and evaluate mobilization and advocacy plans in selected communities, districts, and intervention sites.
Map civil-society partners; network and build capacities of partners to engage in desired program goals.
Manage and ensure regular community meetings.
Document all project activities and maintain organized records. Provide regular progress updates to the HOD of the program and other officials if required so.
To encourage and stimulate full participation by all community members; with special attention to those who are usually forgotten, marginalized and overlooked in community decision making.
To assist the community members in developing their own capacity and strength to the point where they no longer need the services of the mobilizer.
To assist and provide guidance to staff members and also identify staff training needs.
To promote HANDS vision and mission and work in compliance with organization rules and regulations.
Submit monthly, quarterly and annually reports of respective assignments to HOD Social Mobilization and Advocacy

·         He/she will ensure MEAL staff trainings
·         He/she will ensure the participation in Review meetings
·         He/ She will ensure the monitoring of ER-2 and provide technical support to field workers for given assigned area. 
·         His/ Her role will be to facilitate penetration of community health workers in the field through trouble shooting and providing on the spot support through field visits.
·         He/ She will facilitate community engagement in the most representative manner. 
·         He/ She will be responsible for meeting community leaders and seeking support for community health supervisors and workers.
·         The assistants will be responsible for community participation at all stages of program.  He/ She will also ensure that feedback and complaint mechanism is properly in place
·         Perform any other official task assigned by the Supervisor/Management.

Build strong formal relations with the community groups to win their confidence for working with them as partner
To initiate the sensitization and realization process at the Mohalla/UC level in the villages
Organize collective community meetings ensuring the representation of at least 80 percent households of the village to discuss the formation of the community organization.
Facilitate the community members in formation of their organization
Conduct Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) in villages to enhance awareness of the community on available resources, its utilization, social trends, event occurrences etc and use the PRA in village planning
Conduct regular meetings with the office bearers and members of the community organization on maintaining records and constitution of the CO and convene meetings themselves to discuss the development of their village
Facilitate the CO in preparing the Village Development Plans (VDPs)
Sensitize the CO members for saving and its best possible utilization
Facilitate the CO for building working relations with the government line agencies to access and improve the government services
Sensitize and educate the CO of self-help initiatives
Impart and organize trainings for the CO on record keeping, social organization, saving and communication
Facilitate the CO in registration of their organization with social welfare department
Facilitate the CO in preparing the CNICs
Assist CO in resolving the conflicts if arisen
Document the social organization process and its outcomes
Maintain daily diaries and field visit reports
Keep close liaison with the government line agencies present at the village and UC level.
Any other task assigned by the supervisor

• Oversee and review all aspects of fieldwork on a daily basis.
• Ensure equipment is working properly
• Establish timeframe for field work
• Coordinate field work with local representatives/community members
• Secure permission from local community leaders for data collection in selected clusters with help from local government staff
• Prepare all materials in advance to be used in fieldwork, which includes developing and pre-testing data collection forms, obtaining maps, and ordering all lab supplies, etc.
• Work with government mapping bureau and government statistical agency to select clusters and households in the cluster
• Obtaining ethics approval
• Managing budget and expenses
• Resolve administrative issues relating to travel, accommodation, behaviors of field teams, security issues etc. through appropriate channels

Provision and ensuring the IEC material under the all SEF schools
Monitoring the schools in multi-spectrum stages such as hygiene of schools, students and surroundings of the school
Meeting with related staff for occupying the conflicts if arisen
Monitoring the curriculum of the subjects as per academic plan
To organize the capacity enhancement trainings for the teachers
Daily, weekly, monthly and required reporting at punctuality basis
Any other assignment given by the manager accordance to the program.

Assessment of the health services available in the area
Collecting data on the mortality rate, disease and its causes in the operational area and compile the data
Formation of health/WASH committees at village level
Motivate communities in accessing safe drinking water through maintaining of water infrastructures/supply of safe drinking water
Motivate communities to improve environmental conditions of the targeted area through tree plantation, installation of waste bins, dispose of solid waste at proper points
Assist the community in seeking primary health care at community level through available services
Facilitate communities in organizing medical camps with the collaboration of Government of NGOs.
Organizing seminars and trainings on health and hygiene for woman and children
Facilitate community for usage of soap before meal and after latrine.
Any other task assigned by project manager.

• Responsible to utilize different media platforms to promote the health care programs and induce public to adopt healthy habits
• Liaise with the team of doctors to prepare health care and wellness programs for different people, based on their age, gender, ailments and health conditions
• Prepare special rehabilitation programs for people suffering from alcohol, drugs, sleeping pills and smoking addiction
• Explain the individuals the benefits of adopting health lifestyle and following healthcare programs regularly
