(*) Worked as System Support Engineer to implement Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) standard using Microsoft System Center Service Manager.

(*) Worked with policy making team to implement security protocols in the automation.
(*) Completed three days training on ITIL to understand its dimensions and applications.
(*) Training on migrating from Microsoft Exchange Server from 2013 to 2016 version.
