As a Software Engineer at ibex, I am responsible for providing L2 support for in-house/external/cloud-based applications across the organization. I also act as a liaison between the operations/client and the core technical team, and coordinate with the development team to resolve issues and provide solutions. I analyze the root causes of problems, identify critical or recurring incidents, and troubleshoot, configure, and manage access for all ibex applications.
