Tariq Gondal is a highly reputed performance coach and behavioral embedding consultant/ Trainer with diversified exposure in the areas of Change Management, Professional Grooming, Sales Force Management Processes for Leadership and Frontline, SQ, L&D and Performance Coaching. Starting professional life from ANZ Grindlays, Citibank and Paktel has enriching professional background with 20 years of experience in Telecom and Banking industry along with leadership & frontline coaching as a passion.
Previously he has worked as a Regional Director/Results Consultant of Middle East Region for CBMG and BPT, Europe and Its affiliated companies, Senior Vice President of MCB where he played integral role for the successful launch of MCB Visa, Cross Sell, Rightsizing and Sales and Service Transformation projects for Retail against the targets set forth, Regional Assets Sales Head of Standard Chartered with outstanding results in the areas of Sales and Governance, Regional Head CMPak and worked in almost all the territories of Pakistan.
Recently, Tariq helped a midsize bank and created 50+ internal trainers from leadership in the areas of consultative selling process and service quality with state of the art methodology. At present, he is running a project with largest bank of the country for the sales and service transformation of Business and Operations.
Additionally, trained 1000’s of front-line and leaders from NUST, HBL, UBL, Soneri, Paktel, SCB, ANZ, AWC, Citibank and various industries. Received top ratings as a Facilitator Trainer & Consultant.
Also holds the privilege of being recognized and respected as a National Top Performer throughout the career both at front-line and leadership levels. Achieved Life Time Achievement Award from CMPak and President Excellence Award from MCB for designing state of the art training practicum and against the targets set forth.
