• Preparation of Complete Export-Import Documents in compliance with the latest version of UCP 600
• Arranging shipments from destinations to international ports in compliance with custom regulations, letters of credit terms, government and other federal regulations.
• Analyzing transportation issues and implementation of cost effective systems.
• Works with production team, forwarders, custom brokers and carriers for monitoring and control the length of time taken to deliver product to customers in order to increase level of services and customer satisfaction.
• Preparation weekly and monthly delivery schedules with the help of production, planning departments.
• Data Management of Export/Imports and complete documentation
• Communications with banks and other government and private organizations.
• Follow-ups of the imports and exports shipments in transit and inform customers at every stage.
• Communication with the importers for incoming raw material for export orders and arrangement of logistics from international origins to national ports.
• Arrangement of custom clearance for import shipments and arrangement of logistics to deliver the raw material in factory in time.
• Follow-ups for the collection of export payments with banks and buyers to keep the cash flow system stable.
• Fully assist the senior management team in making new sales contracts to minimize the risk factor in new orders.
• Insurance of import and export shipments
• Opening LC and arrangement of payments for import shipments
• Process and Manage Duty Drawback of Customs Rebate.
• Audit of all Forwarding and Custom Clearance Bills and make sure the timely payments of service providers timely.
