It is the requirement to complete a 6 weeks internship for getting BBA-(H) degree .Since my degree has no specialization I got the opportunity to work as an intern in HR department of DIBPL. My role here was to look after the post joining documents of the staff and also to look after all documentation work necessary for the confirmation of employees.
