I have joined m&p in their HR operations team.Here my JD is not that much wide as compared to previous jobs .I am responsible for final settlements of resigned permanent staff.I am responsible for sharing settlement reports with each division.Active follow up with business divisions for clearance and active follow up from payroll regarding pending settlement cases are my solely my responsibilities.

I was working with the HR operations team in which we were assigned clients to which we used to provide iperation support like issuing of appointment letter processing of their employmemt and health cards and processing of their financial matters.I was looking after the appointment and all types of letters and employe relation matters like warning letters suspensions and telephonic inquiries.Also compliance was my responsibility and to maintain proper employment records.

Worked as HR generalist.looked after entire HR Operations of supernet ltd. Including their monthly payroll and other operational tasks.Issuance of employmemt letter and ensuring complete documentation related to induction was my responsibility and complete cycle from joining to final settlement were part of my JD

It is the requirement to complete a 6 weeks internship for getting BBA-(H) degree .Since my degree has no specialization I got the opportunity to work as an intern in HR department of DIBPL. My role here was to look after the post joining documents of the staff and also to look after all documentation work necessary for the confirmation of employees. I was also assisting my line manager in summer internship program of DIBPL. In this my job was to arrange interviews and maintain MIS of applicants.
