Update and maintain the record of all contractual, outsourced and regular employees.
Maintain Company pay structure and keep it up to date on monthly basis.
Assist in conducting Annual performance appraisal on an annual basis.
Maintain Employee benefit program e.g. EOBI, Cash medical, mobile allowances etc.
Handling of all matters related to PSEB internees from hiring to their exit annually.
Talent Mapping and keep the Candidates pools up to date for future related opening.
Successfully conducting the Salary survey from data collection to report writing.
Social media marketing and Employer branding through various channels.
Screening of CVs according to job descriptions and follow up with shortlisted candidates.
Maintenance of candidate databases for priority candidates.
Talent mapping for profiles and delivering candidates to the organization on time.
Maintained Sourcing relationships with reputable universities regarding placements.
Proactively planned candidate-sourcing opportunities through several channels such as networking, referrals, direct mail, mass mail, groups/pages and online.
Assist in hiring process initial interview session, process analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.

Attracts applicants by placing job advertisement using newsgroups and job portal.
