●     Ensure network connectivity throughout a company's LAN/WAN infrastructure

●     Maintain network facilities in individual machines, such as drivers and settings of personal computers as well as printers.

●     Install and support LANs, WANs, network segments, Internet, and intranet       

●     Install and maintain network hardware and software.

●     Configuration of Network switches, WIFI controller and Access Points.

●     Configuration and management of Firewalls (FortiGate and TMG PFsense)

●     Administer servers, desktop computers, printers, routers, firewalls, software deployment,

●     Capable to respond on queries.

●     Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services.

●     Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues involving internet connectivity, email clients.

●     Excellent listening and questioning skills, combined with the ability to interact
confidently with clients to establish what the problem is and explain the solution.

●     Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP administration.

●     Ability to configure and administer Web Servers (XAMP, Apache, IIS)
