I am currently working as a  HR Business Partner at Hub Power Company (HUBCO) .My prior experience was with Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited(Sister concern of Etisalat Group), Marie Stopes Pakistan ( A USAID funded Project), Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited(Sister concern of Etisalat Group), Grey Mackenzie Resturents International (KFC) Shabbir Tiles and Ceramics (House of Habib).My current responsibilities include Job Analysis, preparing Job Descriptions ,Third party recruitment, Orientation of New inductee, Training and Development Organizational development, grievance Handling, TMS implementation, AX ERP implementation and conducting HR Audits .I have also had the opportunity to worked with international organizations such as AL- Marai and Nadec . I have completed my MBA from P.A.F- KARACHI INSTITUTE OF ECONOMICS and TECHNOLOGY in Human Resource management.
