I Talha Nisar Khan have done MPA (Major HRM) from University of Karachi in December, 2011 and CPHR in 2023. Apart from this I have been working since August, 2010 in the field of Human Resources. I served several reputed firms from manufacturing as well services sector. I started my career from an NGO named Ismailia Youth Services as an HR Executive and continued my journey by serving Feroze1888 Mills Limited, Lucky Textile Mills Limited and Al Rahim Group of Companies and Bahria Foundation. My first internship was in Precision Engineering Complex (Pakistan International Airline Corporation) and second was in Pakistan International Airline Corporation (Head Office).
Besides above mentioned experience I am Human Resource Consultant for multiple Garments, Textiles, Software House and Services Sector in Karachi through which in am providing HR Consultancy regarding Recruitment, Organizational Development, and Policy Making etc.
Currently I am working in Habib Knit Fabrics (Pvt) Limited as Head of Human Resources. It is very established name in the market with long history. Here I am responsible to look after the activities of Recruitment and Selection along with Training & Development. • Responsible for Recruitment & Selection of Employees through Data Bank, Internal Referrals, Walk-in Interviews, Jobs Advertisement in Newspaper and job search junctions like LinkedIn.
• Documentation of Newly Joined Employees.
• Organizing Orientation Plans for all employees who joined organization at any level.
• Maintain C.V’s Data Bank on regular basis in system.
• Ensure Manpower requirement according to work load with co-ordination of departmental HODs.

• Conducting Training Sessions and Training Need Analysis with the co-ordination of departmental in-charges as mentioned at the time of Performance Appraisal etc.

• Presenting Comparative Report including Absenteeism, Over Time & Turn Over on Monthly basis to highlight the alarming situation related mentioned areas.

Grievances Handling
• Responsible for handling & solving the grievances on daily basis. To update information related to disciplinary cases in System on Daily Bases and necessary coordination with concerns.
• 100 % interviews of left employees and their complete documentation regarding Full & Final Settlement.
Performance Appraisal / Compensation & Benefits
• Having a key role in Performance Appraisal on Bi-Annually and Annual Basis.
• Conducting a Pre-Performance Appraisal Sessions with each and every individual to have a look if there is any injustice regarding their appraisal.

• Preparing Policies & SOPs as per organizational requirement.
