Provide administrative support to Clients as a Human Resources Executives
Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives.
Responsible for all activities related to recruitment & selection of the employees i.e. to identify staff vacancies and initiate recruitment process, scheduling of interviews and maintaining interview record.
Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites.
Responsible for maintaining CV Database using Software & Ms Excel. Evaluate and retrieve data whenever there is a job requisition / job opening for any department.
Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job specification.
Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting candidates & clients, using groups and job sites.
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
- Assist Rotational Program & Batch Hiring Manager / Learning Manager / Relationship Manager in processing / scrutiny of documents / conducting hiring test / liability checks.
- Partially involved in entire recruitment process from need analysis, ad placement, short-listing, testing, interviewing, offering, inducting, training, rotation and placement of batch trainees.
- To ensure proper documentation of personal & professional record of trainees.
