MAIN DUTIES:
1. To support the Head Invigilator/ Examinations Team with the day-to-day operation of examination
venues. This may include (but is not limited to)
2. Assisting with setting up examination venues by laying out stationery, equipment and examination
papers in accordance with the outlined procedures.
3. Assisting candidates prior to the start of examinations by directing them to their seats and advising
them about possessions permitted in examination venues.
4. Offering advice and guidance to unregistered candidates without allocated seats;
5. Ensuring that candidates do not talk once inside the examination venue;
6. Invigilating during examinations, dealing with queries raised by candidates and dealing with
examination irregularities in accordance with strict procedures;
7. Checking attendance during examinations;
8. Recording details early leavers and collecting their scripts;
9. Escorting candidates from the examination venue during the examinations as required, and
supervising candidates whilst outside the examination venue;
10. Collecting and collating scripts at the end of the examination in accordance with strict procedures;
11. Assisting with the preparation of script envelopes;
12. Supervising candidates leaving examination venues, ensuring that candidates do not remove
equipment or stationery from the venue without authorization and ensuring that candidates leave
venues in an orderly and quiet manner.
OTHER DUTIES:
1. To assist the Examinations Team with other examination processes.
2. Packing of examination papers, stationery and equipment prior to the examinations and the
delivery to and from venues as appropriate;
3. Preparation of seating plans;
4. Delivering scripts to departmental and school offices.

. Manage the admissions processing of a portfolio of programs in German Universities.
. Prepare application file according to academic departments, applying according to criteria to make admissions consistently and fairly.
. Handle telephone and email queries from prospective students or their parents.
Process incoming applications for all degree programs, checking qualifications, the validity of decisions and authenticity of results.
. Monitor the responses of Universities to decisions and provide data to Faculties and Departments on applicant status and workflow.
. Update applicants about university response.
. Check and verify the fee classification of applicants.
. Ensure that correct procedures are followed when dealing with international students requiring visas in accordance with the new requirement of Embassy.
. Prepare visa file according to Embassy requirements.
. Monitor the response of Embassy and proceed further.
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:
. Update customer data of leads in CRM.
. Update CRM on daily basis.
. Guide/ train new inductees in department.
. Reportingto the higher management.
. Prepare applicants for visa interview.
. Devises strategies and techniques necessary for achieving the sales targets.
. Map potential customers and generate leads for the organization.
. Handle all inquiries of customers in a courteous and helpful way; these may be by telephone, email, Skype or in person.
. Ensure that the team is delivering desired results. Supervise them. Track their performances.
. Make sure that each team member is living up to the expectations of the organization.
. Ensure that correct procedures are followed when dealing with fraudulent
applications, applicants with criminal convictions and under-age applicants.
. Represent the organization in seminars at universities/exhibition.
. Process invoices.
. Attend and minute meetings.
. Maintain necessary data and records for future reference.
. Report higher management on daily/weekly basis.
