• Develop and implement strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse talent in a multi-site organization.

• Manage full cycle recruiting process to meet the various staffing goals across all levels within multiple business units. Create and implement Employment Marketing Strategies to attract passive job seekers.
• Work with hiring managers and interview teams to ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against appropriate criteria
• Develop strong relationships and partner with hiring manager, business leaders and HR.
• Work closely with Hiring Managers to maximize effectiveness of recruiting process.

• Screening Overseas manpower agencies and issuing them demand letter
• Responsible for on boarding of new employees which involved their visa arrangement, sponsorship change, ticket booking and accommodation arrangement.
• Orientation of new employees on company policies and procedures
• Supervise staff medical examination, finger prints and other requirements of their residence permits.
• Supervises the preparation of employment contracts for new staff and contract extension/ amendment in case of renewal.
• Ensure that all staff personal files contains (Job Offer, contract, CV, Job Application form, Leave forms, violation notes, warning letters, academic certificates and other necessary documents)
• Implementation of company HR policies and procedure
• Responsible for staff medical insurance and workman compensation
• Monitor staff attendance and checking time sheets before processing monthly payroll.
• Provide strategic direction and leadership on the development of appropriate HR Policies
• Assess current and future policy requirements to support strategic aims in conjunction with the senior management
• Research best practice to enable best design of policies
• Impact assess the equality and diversity impact of all HR policies
• Provide strategic oversight and direction to compensation policy and practices

• Participate and facilitate the selection process (Short listing, sending interview letters and making interview calls, participate in the interview panel, and sending the offer letters to the selected candidates).

• Maintain / update Staff personal files throughout the service period according to the IRSP Human Resources Policy.
• Responsible for filling of confidential records and maintain their confidentiality.
• Maintain / update Staff leave record throughout the service period.
• Perform and facilitate the performance and probation evaluation process.
• Maintain / update Staff Life Insurance throughout the service period, including all procedures from initiating to release of payment to regarding firm.
• Responsible for staff and their dependents medical insurance
• Maintain / update Staff EOBI (Employee Old Age Benefit Institution) throughout the service period, including all procedures from initiating to release of payment to EOBI.
• Maintain/update HR information & present it to Executive Director as and when required.
• Staff files’ management and update their record. Maintain & update staff database
