As a seasoned humanitarian and development practitioner with over 12 years of experience working in various national and international NGOs, I am currently serving as the Assistant Director in the RFL Program (migration and protection focused) for Pakistan Red Crescent Society. Previously, I held the position of Program Officer for the Peace Democracy Program at Community World Service Asia. Throughout my career, I have acquired substantial expertise in program development, project proposal writing, operational management, and quality and accountability assurance, with a focus on human and institutional development, social mobilization, child protection, resource mobilization, social sector development, gender, community-based disaster risk management, and advocacy. I am well-versed in using Logical Framework and Project Cycle Management approaches, as well as Result-Based Management, for program planning.
-Oversight of protection, restoring family links and psychosocial support (PSS) programs within Pakistan Red Crescents Operations - Programs, including migration, Restoring Family Links, and Detention Monitoring.
-Leading International Family Tracing, Family Reunion and Families Together services of Pakistan Red Crescent Society (7 staff and 400 volunteers)
-Led successful change to new operating model and casework management tool for tracing service in 2018 leading to 21% increase in cases and 70% increase in case resolution in 2019.

-Maintained relationships with Authorities (Home Department Sindh and Punjab, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Ministry of Interior) and Organizations on issues such as immigration detention.
-Undertake an assessment of the needs of refugees with respect to restoring family links (RFL) and the capacity of Pakistan Red Crescent Society and ICRC to respond. This involved collection and analysis of data from refugees, unaccompanied and separated children, partner agencies, authorities and other stakeholders from which a report was written with a series of short, medium and long term recommendations to strengthen the RFL programme.

5. Review partner applications for grants and in supporting partners to design proposals for donors. Monitor existing partnerships, assessing partners’ capacities, and prepare reports on partners’ progress. Support supervisor in designing and delivering capacity building plan for partners. 7. Ensured effective coordination with stakeholders at the field level, including I/NGO’s UN Agencies and governmental agencies. In coordination with MEAL, staff implements monitoring tools and collect information from the field in order to consolidate in the reports. Ensure accountability of human, material, and financial resources related to the project at all levels (community, union council, tehsil, and district).

3. Partnered with Mental Health Task Force-KP chapter to develop the Guidelines for Community Based Mental Health Rehabilitation adopted by 28 member organizations. Developed Regional Standard Operating Procedures for Mental Health Psycho-Social Support in communities for rehabilitation (2015). In collaboration with UNDP, have actively contributed to the Community of Practice – Peacebuilding since it was founded, by moderating e-discussions, and facilitating sessions during CoP annual meetings. Represent NCA Pakistan at different forums including a community of practice, EVAW/G alliance, and Humanitarian Peace forum.
4. Build capacity of partners on project management, budget variance analysis, development issues in Pakistan, Conflict Sensitivity Programming-Do No Harm, Human rights issues, Rule of law, peaceful conflict resolution skills, and the concept of Alternate Dispute Resolution.
5. Manage and coordinate all project activities, from substantive, administrative, and financial points of view, applying strategic planning and systematic coordination of project activities. Provide direction and leadership in advocating project objectives, and ensure timely preparation and compilation of the Project Annual/Quarterly Worked Plans and Progress/Final substantial.
6. Work with the Government of Pakistan at all three levels; Federal, Provincial, and District level. With relevant accountability movements in Pakistan, representing the Accountability Lab at various forums, meetings, conferences, etc., will be communicating with other country representatives, ensuring efficient communication and collaboration for learning.
7. Design and lead assessments and baselines. Initiate and implement result-based monitoring systems within programs. Ensure quality within the programs both in-process and product aspects. Review and finalize the program reports being shared with donors. Design formats to ensure transparent data collection and further sharing. Conducted regular monitoring support visits of projects and generated quality monitoring reports for improvement with recommendations and continuous follow up have been kept for the implementation of the recommendations given. Generate project performance reports including cost and schedule variance, trend analysis, forecasting for better and smooth implementation of the project.
8. Work with grantees to ensure the activities are implemented in accordance with activity design. With grantee and team, solve issues that arise during grant implementation. Analyze grant budget estimates for allowability, allocability and reasonableness, and consistency. Schedule meetings to define roles, responsibilities, and timelines for grantees. Generate and review all aspects of grant agreements with the grantees. Review and submit payment requests at kick-off meetings. Ensure that all grant activities are properly documented from the start of implementation to grant closeout.
1. Facilitate capacity-building of government line departments on social inclusion approaches and concepts involving social mobilization, Citizen Voice and Action & Advocacy, and Community Development Initiative in the context of community empowerment.
2. Ensure capacity-building of communities on the concepts of CVA, cross-cutting themes, child wellbeing outcomes, PRA Tools, social mobilization, Project Cycle Management, Community Development Plans, Community Development Initiatives, and advocacy approaches.
3. Capacity-building sessions are conducted regularly to create and develop a strong understanding and awareness about complex public policies and implementation mechanisms and procedures
4. Efficiently coordinate with all stakeholders at local, district, and provincial levels various stakeholders have strong coordination and working relationship with World Vision Pakistan in the targeted communities on issues of common interest.
5. Ensure application and integration of Citizen Voice and Action approach into World Vision Pakistan integrated model Provide field-based inputs and support for the development of CVA project/concepts during the design and implementation.
· Conduct outreach visits as part of an integrated Sahil team.
· Provide psychosocial support to the members of the migrant and affected communities in Pakistan.

· Conduct a services mapping exercise to identify other units, stakeholders, migrant community mobilizers, and leaders and working to address the need of migrants in the relevant urban locations, needs of IDPs, and host communities.
· Develop all necessary paperwork and get necessary approval liaising with other units/programs/departments within Sahil to ensure that all arrangements for training to conduct in Pakistan are being completed on time.

· Support the program manager in identifying capacity-building opportunities in Pakistan for Civil Society Organizations and Government counterparts, develop training materials and contribute to the delivery of training if required (translation or leading sessions).
· Attend training sessions and document all process for processing approvals, authorizations maintaining up to date copies of all documents.

· Provide the program manager with timely and accurate information of delivered activities and in compliance with Sahil reporting formats and timeframes.
· Liaise with Sahil partners, especially Civil Society Organizations and Government counterparts to ensure interventions are delivered in line with international guidelines and standards and Sahil policies.
· Act as co-chair for the national MHPSS Working Group, currently a working group of Child Protection, and maintain strong links with other forums including the Ending Violence against Women and Girls Alliance (EVAW/G). This includes building effective relationships with a range of MHPSS actors in Pakistan and ensuring their activities are coordinated.
· Lead the GBV Information Management System (GBVIMS) Task Force, inclusive of ensuring quality reporting, analysis, and presentation of data collected through GBVIMS. This also includes strong collaboration with the global GBVIMS Steering Committee as well as leading the process of GBVIMS+ rollout in Pakistan.
