As a seasoned humanitarian and development practitioner with over 12 years of experience working in various national and international NGOs, I am currently serving as the Assistant Director in the RFL Program (migration and protection focused) for Pakistan Red Crescent Society. Previously, I held the position of Program Officer for the Peace Democracy Program at Community World Service Asia. Throughout my career, I have acquired substantial expertise in program development, project proposal writing, operational management, and quality and accountability assurance, with a focus on human and institutional development, social mobilization, child protection, resource mobilization, social sector development, gender, community-based disaster risk management, and advocacy. -Undertake an assessment of the needs of refugees with respect to restoring family links (RFL) and the capacity of Pakistan Red Crescent Society and ICRC to respond. This involved collection and analysis of data from refugees, unaccompanied and separated children, partner agencies, authorities and other stakeholders from which a report was written with a series of short, medium and long term recommendations to strengthen the RFL programme.

1.      Effective coordination and management of technical regional project team.
2.      Developed a Primer for Capacity Development in Conflict Sensitive Programming and Do-No-Harm (2016).
3.      Partnered with Mental Health Task Force-KP chapter to develop the Guidelines for Community Based Mental Health Rehabilitation adopted by 28 member organizations. 4.      Build capacity of partners on project management, budget variance analysis, development issues in Pakistan, Conflict Sensitivity Programming-Do No Harm, Human rights issues, Rule of law, peaceful conflict resolution skills, and the concept of Alternate Dispute Resolution.
5.      Manage and coordinate all project activities, from substantive, administrative, and financial points of view, applying strategic planning and systematic coordination of project activities. Provide direction and leadership in advocating project objectives, and ensure timely preparation and compilation of the Project Annual/Quarterly Worked Plans and Progress/Final substantial.
6.      Work with the Government of Pakistan at all three levels; Federal, Provincial, and District level. With relevant accountability movements in Pakistan, representing the Accountability Lab at various forums, meetings, conferences, etc., will be communicating with other country representatives, ensuring efficient communication and collaboration for learning. 
7.      Design and lead assessments and baselines. Initiate and implement result-based monitoring systems within programs. Ensure quality within the programs both in-process and product aspects. Review and finalize the program reports being shared with donors. Design formats to ensure transparent data collection and further sharing. Conducted regular monitoring support visits of projects and generated quality monitoring reports for improvement with recommendations and continuous follow up have been kept for the implementation of the recommendations given. Generate project performance reports including cost and schedule variance, trend analysis, forecasting for better and smooth implementation of the project.
8.      Work with grantees to ensure the activities are implemented in accordance with activity design. With grantee and team, solve issues that arise during grant implementation. Analyze grant budget estimates for allowability, allocability and reasonableness, and consistency. Schedule meetings to define roles, responsibilities, and timelines for grantees. Generate and review all aspects of grant agreements with the grantees. Review and submit payment requests at kick-off meetings. Ensure that all grant activities are properly documented from the start of implementation to grant closeout.

·        Act as co-chair for the national MHPSS Working Group, currently a working group of Child Protection, and maintain strong links with other forums including the Ending Violence against Women and Girls Alliance (EVAW/G). This includes building effective relationships with a range of MHPSS actors in Pakistan and ensuring their activities are coordinated.
·        Lead the GBV Information Management System (GBVIMS) Task Force, inclusive of ensuring quality reporting, analysis, and presentation of data collected through GBVIMS. This also includes strong collaboration with the global GBVIMS Steering Committee as well as leading the process of GBVIMS+ rollout in Pakistan.
