 Maintains human resources staff by induction, selecting, orienting, and training employees;
 Support to update Employee Self-Service Portal & Manager Self-Service Portal of Systems Limited.
 Support to deployment Human Capital Management System - Payroll of Systems Limited for effective payroll processing & Talent Management made easy.
 Testing of UAT environment and deployment on Production Environment of HCMS.
 Maintains Service Level Agreement (SLA) between HR and Business Partners.
 To prepare HR report on daily basis as department and Senior Staff requirement.
 To implement SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)/Work Flows for developing Human Capital Management System.
 To prepare the full & final settlement of workers and Office Establishment Staff
 To maintain employees record with proper bank account record
 To fill up bank forms of every employees and ensure pay salary through bank.
 To maintain Employees Files
 To maintain Time Office matters, installation of Attendance Machines,
 Timely registration of every employee of Attendance Machine.
 To ensure documentation/Code of Conduct for audit purpose WalMart, Ethical Standards, Ikea.
 Timely prepare Salary and audit of all payroll record.
 To prepare employee files for audit prospective
 To maintain leaves records CPL, CL/SL other leaves, personal and official Short leaves.
