a As a Maintenance In charge of M-II Service Areas proposed & implemented cost reduction suggestions though finding new vendor source and alternate solutions of costly operations in 1999.
b DPMSL appointed me as In charge Filling Stations to control 10 filling stations of M-II to fulfill the requirement of DPMSL as well as commuters.
c As Project Manager of Pakistan’s first Online-Offline CNG refueling station on M-II, got the chance to learn this newly introduced cheaper energy resource. My responsibilities were,
1 Finding out suitable party due to its unique technical requirements,
2 Agreement drafting,
3 Setting up DPMSL first CNG business financial aspects,
4 Assisting the party for smooth & in time completion of the project.
d Becomes Manager Marketing and done following tasks,
Ø Revised Advertising Company agreement and fixed the yearly advertisement target of M-II to increase the efficiency
Ø Assist the advertiser company in dealing with FMCG companies for the hoardings.
Ø Implemented the other basic marketing tools of complaint cell, comments cards, news letter, and promotional events on M-II.
Resigned DPMSL on December 6, 2005 as Deputy General Manager.
