Hold a Master's degree in Defense and Strategic Studies within the field of Social Sciences. I have been actively engaged in the development and NGO sector for the past 15 years, with 07 years of dedicated experience in Disaster Risk Management and 08 years in Project and Programme Management. My professional journey has afforded me diverse expertise in effectively managing the projects in Climate Change Adaptation, Anticipatory Action, Education, Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene (WASH), DRR (Disaster Risk Reduction), Inclusive Development, Institutional Development, Gender Mainstreaming, and Livelihood (funded by DFID, USAID, UNDP, WB, ADB, Misereor, IDRF). Throughout my career, I have successfully undertaken various research initiatives, including baseline surveys, Knowledge, Attitude, and Practices (KAP) surveys, Multi-Hazard Vulnerability Risk Assessment (MHVRA) and feasibility studies, among others. Furthermore, I have authored numerous publications, such as annual reports, Community-Based Disaster Risk Management (CBDRM) manuals, Disaster Response Plans, Monsoon/Heatwave/Snowfall Contingency Plans, case study booklets, and newsletters. I have also crafted concept papers, project proposals, and played a pivotal role in developing and executing strategic plans.
Clean, and analyze data regarding End Polio Program from various sources, including health facilities, surveys, and other relevant sources, to support evidence-based decision making in the district.
Develop and implement data visualization strategies, including infographics, dashboards, and other data visualization tools, to communicate key information and insights to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
Collaborate with program managers and other stakeholders to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop data dashboards and reports that provide regular updates on progress towards program objectives and targets.
Conduct training and capacity building sessions for program staff and other stakeholders on data analysis, visualization, and use for decision making.
Ensure data quality and accuracy by implementing quality control measures, conducting regular data audits, and providing technical assistance to health facilities and other data sources as needed.

Ensuring the functionality of the District Disaster Management Authority/unit and facilitated coordination with various departments and stakeholders to implement programs for Anticipatory Action, Disaster Risk Reduction, Climate Change Mitigation & Adaptation, and Social Protection.
