· Day to day HR operations, handling of employees, and staff for the goodness of the organization.
· Establishing structure, administering classification & reviewing job descriptions for all positions & updating organogram for all departments.
· Administer compensation & benefit plans across the organization & propose different schemes to motivate employees to increase efficiency & achievements.
· Responsible for conducting recruitment & selection process.
· Responsible for liaison with Universities for Talent Acquisition.

· To draft agreements, HR policies & Procedure manuals to ensure overall compliance.
· Responsible for general repair / maintenance work of the factory building and vehicles.
· To prepare inter office memo, circulars, office orders and arrange their circulation.
· To maintain & up to date the employees data on EOBI Facilitation system.
· To look after PESSI and EOBI contribution and issues on every month.
· Punjab Worker Welfare Board issues i.e. Marriage Grant, Death Grant, etc.
· Responsible for Controlling, monitoring administrative activities and the discipline at plant.
· To look after plant security matters, to check company transports & POL expenses.
· Developing and implementing security policies, protocols and procedures.
· Plan and coordinate security operations for specific event.
· Coordinate staff when responding to emergencies and alarms. Investigate & resolve issues.
· To make sure employee safety, welfare, wellness and health.
· Responsible for inspection of the factory for all possible fire hazards with the fire & safety executives.
· Providing medical treatment in any case from the nearest hospital and social security as the case may be entitled.
· To control transport matters for the company vehicles, staff cars, and labor (more than 700 employees)
· Scrap disposing on the agreed rate between company and buyer.
· To prepare and issue warning / show cause notice directed by management.
· Visa processing & Air or Train tickets for company executives and workers.
· Hotel arrangements of Guests / Employees; coming or traveling to other cities respectively.
· Monthly Management Review Meeting of HR / Admin Department.
· Responsible for reducing administrative costs.
· Handle administrative functions for the General Manager and CEO.
· Gather Information on hours & days worked for each employee.
· Calculate the correct amount incorporating overtime, deductions, bonuses etc.
· Keep track of hours rate, wages, compensation benefits rates, new hire information etc.
· Prepare reports for monthly documentations & payroll processing.
· Employee engagement activities etc.
