Recruitment: Hiring for new positions or replacements
Perform recruitment activities by advertising jobs, on various job portals, LinkedIn, social websites, PNC Solutions career page, etc.
Review and shortlisted the CVs according to the criteria
Further evaluate the CVs after proper phone screening to schedule the interviews
Take feedback from of the initial interviews and schedule final/second interview.
New Joining Process/ Induction Process:
Do all the necessary documentation and reference check before placing an offer
Place an offer and make an appointment letter
Upon joining conduct orientation of new employee and complete final documentation process
Keep a track record of performance during probation
On completion of probation, issue confirmation letter after HODs̢۪ approval
Employee Record Maintenance:
Develop and maintain the Employee files and records as per the company policy
Complete full & final settlement along with exist interviews of resigned employees
Update the new monthly inductions and separation
Send the updated monthly payroll as per inductions and separations to Accounts Department
Update the salary department sheet, email official ID̢۪s record and account details as per the policy and send the required updated record to Accounts Department
Time, Leave & Attendance Management:
Maintain the old employee data and enter new employee data on TIS according to respective shifts
Maintain daily attendance and leave record.
Make sure all employees follow the Attendance Policy, if any employee fails to do so inform and warn accordingly
Share the monthly timesheet with employees, ask for justification, and update the monthly timesheet record of all departmentsÂÂ
Update the final deductions for all departments, takes HODs̢۪ approval and share deduction details with the Accounts Department for further process
Make sure the quota of leaves allowed for each employee should not exceed
Employee Relations:
Reverting employee queries via email
Listen and solve employees̢۪ daily petty issues
Resolve conflicts between two or more employees, after listening all cases
Performance Management/Individual Equity based Increments:
Implement the KPI based Performance Maagement at PNC Solutions in the year 2019
On Increments, issue the increment letter to employees
Update the increment sheet monthly and send the required updated record to Accounts Department
