Learning & Development Specialist with an interest in helping people find their potential to conquer challenges. For over seven years, I’ve been helping employees and students to develop crucial skills required to succeed and sustain at jobs. I also write articles and have managed the publication of PEL for four years.
When I’m not on the job, I love cuddling my daughter, reading articles, and eating food. I also like enrolling myself in online courses and am passionate about blended learning.

Capability Specialist
- Responsible for designing and developing eLearning and blended courses and assessments for PEL's employees
- Designing and updating Virtual Internship Summer Program

Learning and Engagement Executive
- Revamping and increasing utilization of PEL Resource Club to encourage continuous learning by engaging experts from within PEL for in-house training sessions
- Prepare annual Training Matrix based on Training Need Analysis
- Discuss the training objective with HOD's and arrange training for employees according to the Training Matrix
- Design and deliver customized training programs for PEL staff, and arrange external trainers whenever required
- Ensure necessary arrangements for the successful completion of all training that includes PCPs, In-House and OEPs
- Responsible for communicating training events held at PEL via different mediums e.g., email, standees, and flyers
- Manage Annual Summer Internship Program and facilitated 2000+ students till yet, also deliver “Bloom” session which focuses on 3 objectives: resume writing, interviewing and communication skills
- Manage Fast Track Growth Program (MTO) and ensure its all logistics, screening, technical and aptitude test, assessment drive and panel interviews
Volunteer-Rahbar Mentor
Helped a group of 4 students to become a productive member of society by reaching their full potential in life
Increased their motivation level by fun-learning activities to discover inner strengths and capacities
Invested 9 hours on weekends and travelling 90 KMs(one side) to volunteer this program
Program Associate
Facilitated 100 fellows to develop professional skills (teamwork, communication, leadership, professional behavior, etc.) through fun-learning activities, checked their projects on weekly basis and given them effective feedback
Recorded attendance of fellows, submission of projects and updated their progress report on weekly basis, collected job offers rate, identified networking opportunities and shared with them e.g. TED Events
Developed skills through online courses to become a good facilitator e.g. building relationships, creating culture, constructional feedback on projects, presentation skills, group learning and inquiry based experiential learning
Coordinated with supervisor to arrange information sessions in different universities, shared experience and knowledge about fellowship in front of 100 students in each university
Shortlisted 900 applications, conducted 500 phone interviews and 250 in-person interviews in each batch
Collected different videos, books, articles and activities for the curriculum of fellowship. Added subtitles in videos and updated the prezi’s for the sessions
