Responsibilities:
• Complete Management/ Operations of VOS5000 & Digitalk VPM.
• Routing management, Provisioning of A-Z routing e.g. LCR, Percentage routing, Distribution routing, ANI based routing, Carrier group distribution, Capacity based routing.
• Diagnose & escalate network issues & coordinate with various stakeholders such as Customer/ Vendors/ Suppliers for earlier resolution.
• Management of capacities to the carriers as per commercial guidelines.
• Ensuring maximum port utilization as per commercial's targets.
• Traffic ports monitoring, Alarm monitoring, Carrier balance monitoring, Network performance monitoring, Fault handing, Customer complaint handling, QoS Monitoring.
• Preparation of hourly traffic reports, Daily reports, weekly reports for VoIP traffic.
• New Interconnect addition, testing and commissioning, Capacity enhancement activities, CDR Reconciliation with billing teams for new interconnects.
• Analyzing Call Data Records (CDRs) and pointing out the technical reasons for issues bugs and errors such as High PDD, Low ACD, Low ASR, FAS issue etc.
• Coordination with different internal/external departments/customers for Head-to-Head testing to resolve issues related to (Codec, ASR, ACD, FAS, Voice Quality, Echo etc.).

Responsibilities:
• Operations & Management of Class 5 VoIP Network (Huawei NGN C5 SoftX3000).
• Coordination with different departments of PTCL (Transmission , Switching , IGE , PIE , MMBB , NGN , OFS , GPON , NOC , Billing).
• Coordination with Switching teams of CMOs (Mobilink, Zong, Warid , Ufone, Telenor) & LLOs (NTC, NayaTel).
• Coordination with vendor regarding day-to-day system issues, SRs creation, Boards replacements to ensure smooth service flow.
• E1s testing, addition & resolution of faulty E1s with CMOs & PTCL exchanges.
• Troubleshooting in case of any range or number is not getting dialed from NGN numbers by activating the traces (ISUP, SIP depending upon protocol used by caller/ callee). If any MSAN, MSAG, UMG is down then check its status by activating H248 trace and ping results.
• Monitoring alarms of all the devices, MSAGs, MSANs and UMGs and ensuring that these all are working normal.
• Activate different Traffic Tasks on daily basis in different direction and monitor the traffic statistics.
• Creation & Routing of different prefixes with different TGs.
