I have over 13 years of experience in the development sector, encompassing Gender Safeguarding, Program Implementation, Capacity Building Training, and Content Development, Research Documentation, Social Mobilization, Monitoring and Independent Evaluation, Leadership Communications, Advocacy, Community Engagement, and Team Management.
In terms of sectors, I have worked on issues relating to Public Health, Local Governance, Sexual Reproductive Health Rights, Sustainable Development Goals framework agenda, Gender Justice, Women Empowerment, Children/Adolescents, Emergency Response, and Youth Leadership/empowerment for social change.
I have gained an in-depth understanding of the development sector while working at both the community level as well as at forums advocating for public health, women's gender rights, and influencing policy shifts with provincial and national governments. I've been involved with diversified partners at all policy-level coordination and follow-ups with important Government Stakeholders and provincial parliamentarians on different issues related to Pro women's legislation, Public Health, Gender, and Social Inclusion, and Labour Standards Rights and Emergency Response. I have formed technical working groups of the most relevant partners within the public and private sectors through different program implementations in order to forward the process of policy formulation, approvals, and implementation through working groups on different issues. I have developed various program business strategies for Community Mobilization, SRHR/LSBE, Youth democracy, Education status and reasons of Girls drop out of schools, Role of Youth Minorities in Post 2015 development framework Agenda, Advance Advocacy skills communication, and dissemination strategy, Girls and Women Rights, Right to Information, Gender Responsive Budget Allocation, Occupational, Safety and Health Issues, etc.
In my job(s) with Indus Health Network, I developed the manual/curriculum for adolescents and teachers of government secondary schools titled, Adolescent Health and Leadership Course for Kiran Sitara Students and Teachers. The manual was approved by the Education Departments of Sindh and KPK and consisted of topics such as Leadership, Communication Skills, Health and Nutrition, Child Protection, and Social Action Project Planning; I wrote several abstracts/papers for various international conferences such as World Congress Canada on Health and Safety, 13th International Global Health and Security Conference, Pakistan and Social welfare assessment for orphanages.
From the past two years, I work as a freelance consultant, I worked on several projects with Community World Service Asia and developed five training modules on “Preventing Violent & Extremism in South Asia”, Along with, I have delivered a series of workshops on ‘Essentials of Report Writing’ to members of local NGOs and CBOs of Pakistan, Recently, I developed a digital curriculum on “Sphere Humanitarian Health Standards” I also led a qualitative research on “Gender and Inclusion in Primary Health Care Programs of Pakistan” in collaboration with RADS. I am a self-starter, with the ability to adapt to the local context and culture. I have strong communication skills, both written and oral.

Project: Influencing Home Based Workers Policy For Informal Women Workers Rights
SUMMARY OF ACHIEVEMENTS:
Facilitated informal workers (Homebased/Domestic) Workers to form their unions on the GALS model, later the women established their small business and took part in mega enterprise competitions.
Due to strong advocacy and networking with Punjab and Sindh Governments for adopting policies for informal workers and both provinces approved policies for HomeBased Workers and later on Government of Sindh adopted laws
Formed 17 District Action Committees with the obvious presence of Women Informal Workers at District level across Punjab, Sindh, KPK, and Baluchistan
