Developed and designed capacity building, training contents / manual on Occupational Safety and Health Education for the Frontline Staff and Sanitary Workers of the Tehsil Municipal Administrations (TMAs) in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa
Coordinated and Facilitated training and dialogues on Occupational Safety and Health Education of different stakeholders in project areas, coach National Volunteers NVs, and community volunteers as they develop skills and design and implement community social cohesion projects.

Formulation of Task Force within Government Agency assisted Government of Punjab to draft Punjab Occupational Safety & Health Rules and Regulations.
Organized  International Exposure Visits and Engaged High-level officials and represented Pakistan in World Congress and International Conference on Health Safety, and Well-Being in Austria and Munich.
Facilitated Government’s institutions in the development & execution of safety and prevention campaigns in collaboration with the Labour and Human Resource Department, Punjab.
Developed strategic roadmap for capacity of Government Officials on virtual tools during COVID-19.
Introduced tools Innovations and Solution based Knowledge and Management at the Organizational level.
Implemented Quality Management Systems for Governmental Organizations 
Launched the Vision Zero Campaign on Safety, Health and Well Being of employees in textile and garments sector of Pakistan in collaboration with European Union Countries.

Involved in Strategic Program Development for Adolescent Health and Leadership (Kiran Sitara) program.
I wrote the  National Curricula for the Kiran Sitara - Youth Engagement Program regarding Public Health diseases and treatment for adolescent girls and teachers.
Conducted Training of health care providers, master trainers, mentors, and students along with community members as Lead Master Trainer .

SUMMARY OF ACHIEVEMENTS:

Developed National Curriculum for Adolescents on Leadership and Health for Punjab, KPK, and Sindh.
Developed Content for the training of Health Care Providers on Community Engagement Formulated Technical Working Groups in Sindh in collaborations with Chief Minister Sindh Secretariat for implementation of School-Based Deworming Programme.
Moderated She Leads Conference and gathered 15,000 young girls and CM Sindh on 16th December 2017 at PAF Museum Karachi. 
Trained Community Health Workers, Teachers, and Counsellors as Master Trainers on Health, Leadership Community Engagement Programmes for Healthy Pakistan Community Engagement.

Scaled up Kiran Sitara Program in KP and Punjab. 

Project: Influencing Home Based Workers Policy For Informal Women Workers Rights
SUMMARY OF ACHIEVEMENTS:

Facilitated informal workers (Homebased/Domestic) Workers to form their unions on the GALS model, later the women established their small business and took part in mega enterprise competitions.
Due to strong advocacy and networking with Punjab and Sindh Governments for adopting policies for informal workers and both provinces approved policies for HomeBased Workers and later on Government of Sindh adopted laws
Formed 17 District Action Committees with the obvious presence of Women Informal Workers at District level across Punjab, Sindh, KPK, and Baluchistan
