Issue Appointment Letter, Reference Letters, Confirmation Letters, Joining Reports, Custodian of Assets, Prohibition Report, Memos (external as well as internal), Circular, and Acknowledgements & Correspondence and termination paperwork.
Accurately updating the HR employee database.
Arrange training for new and established employees.
Answering telephone calls and dealing with enquiries.
Strong knowledge of developing and implementing the performance appraisal system.
Setting up and maintaining personnel files.
Well versed with recruitment cycle.
HR Planning and Employment:
Assessing short & long-term HR requirements, performing/facilitating in job analysis, and keeping updated job profiles/descriptions. Designing & running employer branding campaigns, delivering effective recruitment, selection & induction processes.
Managing promotions, transfers/rotations, and organizational exits (retirements, dismissals, & resignations). Managing work schedules, attendance, employee database & manual records.
Training and Development:
Conducting training need analysis, designing organization-wide training plans, developing and updating technical skill maps, managing in-house training facilities and implementation of training plan
Compensation and Benefit:
Managing salaries, incentive & reward schemes, provident and gratuity funds, benefits including cafeteria, accommodation, sports facility, medical, paid leaves, fuel, discounts & merchandise gifts, mobile, laptops, and vehicles.

Facilitating in the resolution of inter-departmental/employee disputes and miscommunications. Organizing events for employees, managing official communications, and answering employee queries

Sell products according to the policy of the company and thereby place orders in the computer system.
Provide customers with rich data and service information.
