Participate with external auditors and ensure their requirements.

• Ensure the administration of health and safety trainings in order to increase the awareness level regarding Health and Safety (H&S) among internal stakeholders to reduce numbers of accidents during work.
• Ensure the inspection of health and safety equipment’s physically to confirm set standards and parameters according to the best Global EHS practices.
• Prepare Non Compliance Report (NCR) in case of any fault or hazard discovered and send it to authority concerned; Collaborate with the department(s) to resolve the discovered issue; Keep strong follow up until the discovered issue is rectified.
• Make arrangements for EHS compliance audits (e.g. External, Internal or Certification Audit etc.)to be conducted by Internal or External auditors.
• Intimate internal stakeholder regarding audit schedule (external)
• Conduct surprise audits and inspections (internal).
• Ensure conductance of certifications audits (e.g. OHSAS 18001, WRAP, C-TPAT etc.).
• Working on special assignments by Organizing special training program; Ensure installment of modern EHS equipment’s; Arrange trainings (e.g. First Aid, Fire Fighting etc.) from external sources (e.g. Civil Defense Authority (CDA), 1122 Rescue Team etc.); Update existing EHS equipment’s inventory and keep up-to-date knowledge of modern EHS equipment’s.
