Responsibilities:

• Plan, supervise and implement appropriate and high quality participatory monitoring and supporting program activities implemented.


• Assist with the development of appropriate formats, tools and systems for monitoring programs, assuring quality and managing data according to internal and international standards.


• Support program teams to establish and maintain data storage and dissemination systems.

• Support the collection, input and analysis of data and information for assessments, surveys and evaluations.

• Organize and conducted different communities, government meeting, conduct training sessions.


• Identify and respond to problems and crises at the field site or in the project area.


• Participate in professional training and development activities, as needed or requested; help plan for and implement job-related training and development activities for assigned staff, as needed.

• Carry out other such tasks as assigned by supervisor.

Responsibilities:

• Carry out school and villages assessments rehabilitation education program at field level;
• Monitoring and facilitation of schools, villages and plants.
• Aware and mobilize communities and conduct meetings with community members including children, parents, teachers etc.
• Create awareness among the communities through Broad Based Community Meetings.
• Aware and mobilize School Management Committees of schools on their roles and responsibilities.
• Engage SMCs and other local influential in development of Plans.
• Provide support to the various committees in identification and implementation of project
