1.1.1-       ERP ADMINISTRATOR AND TEAM LEAD

§  Preparation of annual financial statements.
§  Prepare monthly analysis of cost of goods sold and operational expenses against prior month and budget, budget variance analysis, financial statement analysis, providing explanations and solutions to reduce variance.
§  Preparing Dashboard reporting including revenue, operational expenditures, financing, sales target variance and customer complaints.
§  Preparation of monthly expenditure rolling budget.
§  Identify and report unusual variances in expense and submit corrective action in this regard.
§  Leading all the R2R activities and reporting to senior manager finance.
§  Liaisons with external and internal auditors.
§  Review the processes and highlight the control weaknesses and give recommendations to mitigate them.
§  Maintain relationships with local banks, local funding lines and successfully acquire funding line through ILTFF.
