Project and Responsibilities• Currently Managing Large numbers of 417 PGC campus's Network infrastructures.• Managing network infrastructure, Identifying, diagnosing, and resolving network problems.• Managing up to 70 TP-Link Routers, wireless devices, and Load Balancers.• Deployment of New Offices and new Installations of software's and hardware's• Providing daily operational support and system administration for core network infrastructure.• Management and Support of Domain Controller Active Directory, Oracle Server applications, Loom data Servers, DNS Server, Network Server, Storage Server.• Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting of windows 7/8.1/10 and Server 2008 & 2012• Support and Installations of Designing software Photoshop, 3D Max, AutoCAD, etc.• Configuring LAN, WAN, Wireless devices, and security equipment.• Support and assistance for mobile devices (Mobile phones, tablets, etc.)• Desktop and Laptop Hardware and software's Troubleshooting.• Management and Installations of Hikvision and Dehua IP Cameras and NVR system.• Maintaining daily and weekly updates of versions, storage & memory according to the requirement.• Proper Knowledge and experience of Fiber Optic cables, connections, and SFP modules.• Maintenance and configurations of Color and Black &White Printers and Scanners.• Maintaining FTP Server and Making Sure their backups to avoid any data loss.• Monitoring Computer Users in a live environment, resolving their problems remotely where needed.• Updating of Systems model and Operating system according to Users Requirements.
• Providing Temporary and Permanent Wi-Fi access.

• Strong experience in maintaining Hardware & network configuration and process information 
 Sound knowledge of troubleshooting Microsoft Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows 10.
• Familiarity with Windows Server 2003/2008, Active Directory, DNS, TCP/IP Ability 
   to conduct research into hardware and software issues and Support All the IT products
• Work With the team of Network administrators of school and colleges network
• Provide support of all IT products, printers, scanners, CCTV cameras, 
  computers hardware, and computers software.
• Online support from the head office to all school colleges
• Managed total query’s in the head office and all network

• Act as primary contact with the computer, network, software, translation/typesetting
• Design, update and distribute e-newsletters
