Management of branch operations in light of compliance policies, procedures and systems after effective implementation.
Management of branch expenses as per financial limits under budgetary approvals
Review and reconciliation of branch GL for income, expenses, assets and security stationery related entries
Custodian of branch atm combination and cash vault keys, security stationery stock and relevant stamps to ensure proper control checks at all times and as well to ensure that under no circumstances do staff share passwords with any sources internal or external.
Coordination with branch auditors (compliance, internal and external auditors) for timely response
Team management and making sure to achieve assigned goals within turnaround time as per policies
Making sure of proper documentation while opening, closure and dormant activation of accounts
To ensure on regular basis the critical functions like cash and balancing and periodic control reports e-g statement of dormant/inoperative accounts etc
Making it sure of proper administrative checks on branch affairs including security, surveillance cameras and system/ network availability.
