Outline:
Working on Oxfam funded “Improved Access to Fair, Legitimate and Effective Justice” in 18 UCs of District Nowshera and Charsadda.
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out monitoring of project activities in line with the project proposal, M&E Framework, LFM, the budget and the time-frame as per the partnership agreement with the donor.
To support staff in planning, reviews and quality progress reporting to management produce regular monitoring reports and document success stories.
To coordinate with relevant stakeholders including advocacy groups, Justice Providers, local authorities and CSOs regarding planning, execution, monitoring and sustainability of project interventions as per project proposal.
Participate in planning, budgeting processes for the project monitoring and evaluations.
To ensure all necessary programme documents are properly maintained and recorded properly at the field level.
To ensure smooth implementation of policies and code of conduct in respective project activities and ensure compliance with accountability mechanisms.
Develop a questionnaire for focus group discussion, individual interviews, key informant interviews in Urdu and English.
Develop project progress presentation for presentation to the donor, head office and government departments.
Responsible for monthly and quarterly reporting for onward submission to the donor
To regularly coordinate with the program team of head office including MER, Development, and Communication and Implementation departments.

Ensuring that project specific monitoring plans are in place and followed accordingly.
Beneficiary community related complaints are registered and handled according to the IR policy and procedures.
Regular reporting to management on the progress of program/projects related issues and challenges and suggestions for improvement in grey areas.
Field visit and travelling to IR intervention areas in order to get first-hand information on the status and quality service delivery to the right holders.
Ensuring periodic reporting of each project being implemented in respective area office in line with M&A Framework.
Tracking progress against output and outcome level indicators for each project.
Weekly, monthly, quarterly reporting to donors and review documentation of project activities to ensure compliance.

Responsible to develop project monitoring tools as per indicator mentioned in LFM.
Ensure that project specific monitoring plans are in place and followed upon
Responsible to design and conduct pre and post KAP surveys, its data analysis and reporting and consolidation of pre and post KAP data in post KAP report
Responsible to take course correction measure and send recommendations to management.

Responsible to collect and analyses data and maintained the record
Assist the project manager to ensuring effective program implementation
Responsible to prepare project monthly report for internal dissemination and project interim report for donor
Support the team in developing matter of banner and other IEC material like pamphlets, posters etc.
Establish complaint, feedback and response mechanism for the project, record and analyzed complaint, provide feedback to the complainant.

Design and conduct baseline, end-line and post distribution monitoring, its data analysis and reporting
