1. Relationship building
Establish and maintain an effective relationship between the local community and Scatec Solar.

2. Stakeholder engagement
Provide regular and timely information and project updates to the local community and relevant stakeholders.
Develop and regularly update of community profiles.
Update of stakeholder database on a regular basis
Report any community issues to the plant managers of that might affect the operation & management of the plant (service delivery protests, community unrest, etc)
3. Institutional arrangements
Liaise with plant managers & local government in terms of local job opportunities & other opportunities for the communities
Participate in Local government structures like LED forums, IDP forums, Youth forums, Local business forums, etc
Observe the United Nation (UN) development goals (Job creation, poverty alleviation, education, sustainable livelihoods, etc)
Responsible for the mobilization of cash for work (CfW) activities at the field level by engaging with the communities & informing them on CfW modality, payment, type of activities etc. 2. Build and maintain mutually respectful relationships with local authorities and affected communities. 3. Regular visits to the project sites as per agreed plan in consultation with supervisor and share report with findings. 4. Facilitate meetings with key stakeholders to discuss needs, issues, and gaps. 5. Provide accurate and timely information for drafting the CCCM reports and other updates. 6. Excellent liaison with other Site Team Members, ensuring consistency and coordination of activities in the project site. 7. Undertake regular monitoring and evaluation of the project activities, including site visits, according to project result matrix, ensuring quality assurance of all data (completeness, reliability, validity, timeliness, and integrity). 8. Timely reporting any gaps and/or duplication in service delivery and communities needs emerged during daily activities. 9. • Provide leadership to district teams for implementation of Program/Project.
• Ensures that the overall district plans for programmatic activities are implemented as per agreed timelines with expected quality.

• In coordination with UNICEF s' Provincial Focal Person organize the trainings of CRPs on community awareness process.
• Visit the multifunctional community Centers and provide on job coaching/support to coordinators of the MFCCs for the management of the MFCCs.
• Regular on job capacity building of the project staff to understand the community mobilization mechanism on Health, education, sanitation and child rights.
• Coordination with concerned stakeholders for planning and celebration of the international events approved in the project budget.
• Observe the awareness sessions conducted by the CRPs and share the feedback with the CRPs and project staff for improvement in quality.
